Step 1: Walk In
You can walk in without an appointment or use our online booking system for even faster service. We’re open 7 days a week, including evenings and bank holidays.
Step 2: Quick Check-In
On arrival, our friendly reception team will take your details and ask a few questions about your symptoms. We aim to see every patient promptly – most within 15 – 30 minutes.
Step 3: Clinical Assessment
You’ll be seen by an expert, a GP, urgent care doctor, or nurse practitioner. We’ll examine your symptoms, ask questions about your health history, and explain next steps clearly.
Step 4: Tests & Diagnosis
If necessary, we can provide:
- On-site blood tests
- Urinalysis
- Flu swabs
- ECGs
- Wound checks
- Imaging (X-Ray, MRI USS)
All results are explained thoroughly before treatment.
Step 5: Treatment & Aftercare
Whether you need medication, wound dressing, or advice, we provide clear aftercare instructions. Prescriptions can be collected at our onsite pharmacy.
